Technosoft Consulting Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12515808) and based in Wakefield, England ("we", "us", "our"), operates DeskCal (the "Service"), a personal timetable application available at deskcal.technosoftai.com. This policy describes what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use it, who we share it with (almost no one), and what choices you have.

Information you give us

When you create an account, you provide an email address and a password. When you create events, columns, or categories, you provide whatever you choose to type into those fields. We store this on our database to make the Service work.

Information collected automatically

When you sign in, we set a session cookie so we know it's still you between page loads. We log basic technical information about requests (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging purposes.

What we do NOT collect

• We do NOT use third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
• We do NOT use tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
• We do NOT share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do NOT sell your data.
• We do NOT train AI models on your data.

How long we keep your data

Account and event data: as long as your account exists. Server logs: typically rotated within 30 days. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data within 30 days (allowing for backup rotation).

Who can access your data inside Technosoft Consulting Limited

Only people who need it to operate the Service. We do not browse user data.

Where your data lives

We operate the Service on commercial cloud infrastructure. Data may be processed in regions where our hosting and database providers operate. Contact us at deskcal@technosoftai.com for current details.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email deskcal@technosoftai.com and we'll help.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
