Personal timetable for busy professionals

Your week, decoded at a glance.

Stop hunting through your calendar for what actually matters. DeskCal shows every commitment with the countdowns, context, and custom columns you'd build yourself — if you had the time.

No credit card. No setup. Free during beta.

Built around how busy people actually plan their week.

Six features. Zero learning curve. Every one of them earns its place.

Days-until countdowns

Every event tells you how far away it is — in 4 days, tomorrow, next month. No mental math, no squinting at a grid.

Custom columns

Add the columns your week actually needs — project, location, status, priority, anything. Your calendar, your schema.

Categories & priorities

Tag events the way you think about them. Filter to only work, only family, or only the things on fire in one click.

Powerful search & filters

Find the dentist appointment from three months ago. Filter by date range, category, priority, or just type a word.

Recurring without the headache

Standups repeat. Birthdays repeat. Set it once — pick weekly, monthly, yearly, or a custom pattern.

Two views, one truth

Dense table when you want to scan. Clean agenda when you want to focus. Same data, different lens, instant switch.

Things you might be wondering.

Is it really free?
Yes — free during beta. Paid plans launch after a few months of feedback, and beta users get a permanent discount as a thank-you for being early. You'll get clear notice before anything changes.
What happens to my data?
It stays on your account. We don't sell it, we don't share it, we don't train anything on it. Read the privacy policy for the long version.
Can I import from Google Calendar / Outlook / iCal?
Not yet — we're starting focused. Bidirectional sync with major calendars is on the roadmap once core flows are stable.
Is this a team or family product?
It's a personal timetable. One person, one calendar, total control. Multi-user is a different product.
Why not just use Google Calendar?
Use both. Google Calendar is great for scheduling with other people. DeskCal is for tracking the things you need to see ahead of time — deadlines, birthdays, prep tasks — with countdowns and custom columns Google Calendar can't do.
What if I find a bug or want a feature?
Email us — check the footer. We read every message during beta.
